General information and conditions
Charges are based on a minimum stay of 7 days and include a buffet breakfast.
We offer discounts for children, who are staying in the same room as their parents:
children younger than 2 years may stay free
children between 2 and 6 years receive a 50% discount
children between 6 and 12 years receive a 30% discount
Booking conditions
• Along with your reservation we would be pleased to receive your deposit of 30% of the total amount (bank details see below). Please note that the deposit is a guarantee of arrival and will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the guest.
• Only written reservations accompanied by a deposit will be binding.
• In accordance with article 1,385 of the Italian Civil Code, deposits given to confirm the booking will not be refunded in case of a subsequent cancellation.
•In case of cancellation 20 days or less before the arrival date, the management reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay.
• In case of late arrival or premature departure, the booked period will be fully charged.
Check in : The day of your arrival, rooms are available from 1:00 pm. Check out : The day of your departure, check out time is 10:30 am. We would appreciate in letting us know, on the day of your arrival if you arrive after 8:00 pm. According to the Italian law, smoking is prohibited in all bedrooms and public areas of the villa Internet free of charge. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, BANCOMAT. The ski-room is on the ground floor. Each room has its own locker, which will lock using your smart card. We kindly ask our guest on the day of departure to clear the ski locker before 10:30 am The management is not responsible for any items missing. As of 01.01.2018 we are committed to collect a local tax of 2,80 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years. This tax is not included in the price of your stay.
